TX COPRI goals are to enhance the advancement of scientific and engineering knowledge for members engaged in sustainable development and protection of coasts, oceans, ports, waterways, and wetlands. TX COPRI will bring added products and services to local members of ASCE and will foster communication and cooperation among our members in government, industry, and academia.
The Environmental & Water Resources Institute (EWRI) is ASCE’s technical source for environmental and water-related issues. The EWRI Houston Chapter’s events and activities include monthly technical tours, lunches and webinars, social happy hours, student outreach, and volunteerism. Each year culminates in our November conference with 200+ attendees and 20+ government, non-profit, and academic speakers.
