Join EWRI Houston for a volunteer event with Buffalo Bayou Partnership!
Volunteers help maintain the park and surrounding environment through a variety of tasks, including removing invasive plants and weeds; spreading mulch to protect soil and retain moisture; cleaning trails and trail lighting; planting donated trees or seasonal vegetation; and maintaining wildflower and prairie areas, along with other habitats and food sources for native insects and wildlife. The EWRI volunteer group will participate alongside other volunteer groups.
