Matthew Smith, LEED GA
Matthew Smith is a sustainability-focused development professional with a Master’s in Land and Property Development from Texas A&M University. As a Senior Stormwater Consultant at Greenrise Technologies, he works with engineers, contractors, and regulators to deliver innovative green infrastructure and low-impact development solutions. His background includes leading land development projects, shaping policy to support sustainable practices, and managing stakeholder relationships across the public and private sectors.
